I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to how I can improve my toe point so my feet look neat and tidy. I've been doing stretches on my feet for a few months now but its not made any difference. Also, if I point my toes too hard I get cramp in my arches. I want to get my feet looking good, so please help.

Hi

I hate to do this, but this forum doesnt seem to be very coaching orientated. If you go to www.Gymworld.de/gymboard you can go to the coaching forum for more extensive coaching advice.

However, to answer your question..There really insnt all that much that you can do. for one dont stretch the toe area, stretch the the front of the ankle area. Toe point is really anatomical problem, which make its pretty much impossible to really fix. Sorry for the bad news.
As i said you can do ankle stretches especially the front.
Do long sustained stretches, for like 1min at a time, for 3 sets. And try and do it several times a day.. That might help, but at the same time keep working ankle strength because what you are essentially trying to do is stertch all the ligaments in the ankle joint (which is not what you want to do really, and results arent really very effective)
