Hi everyone,
When I was younger I was in a gymnastics club and loved every minute of it :) , trained every day without failure. I have always had a passion for gymnastics. Then I had to give it up for college studies :( . Now Im after getting really unfit. I mean I have not only piled on the weight but I am no longer the flexible gymnast I once was and am aspiring to be again. I would love if ye could give me your input on how to re-train myself and what your diets are like. I am finding it so hard to push my self. Do any of you have any tricks to help push your self. I have been trying but my will power is running low. I really need your help.
Thanks in advance for any help,
Laura

A really good idea is to get friends involved coz they normally help
lighten everything up and make it easier also if you train with friends and get into shape and all it is SOOOOOO much more fun!

if your trying to get back into it and gain your flexibility again then you should start of slow minor streching (dont underdo it though or overdo it) and some lower strength things like a small portion of pushups sit ups etc.
